Mom's Day OutClick here to download registration information A few openings remain on Tuesdays What is Mom's Day Out? Mom's Day Out is a ministry of Scioto Ridge UMC that began in 1986 as a support system to parents in the community. MDO focuses on socialization and nurturing, not academics and is not a preschool. Children ages 6 months through 5 years may enroll in the program for one day a week -Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The program runs 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM September through May and follows the Hilliard City School calendar. Children are accepted into the program throughout the year as vacancies occur. There are four classrooms with two caregivers in each room. MDO MissionTo provide a safe, fun and nurturing Christian environment for the children of the church and community on a weekly basis, while parents enjoy some free time.
